Peter Kirkham is the 32 year old entreprenerial Managing Director behind Property Dream.

He has amassed a multi-million pound property empire within the last 4 years and is now ready to share with you his formula for success so you too can become a property millionaire.

Peter left school at 16 years old and went straight to Newcastle United as an apprentice footballer for 2 years.  Due to the restricted chances at Newcastle Peter spent the following 3 years at Darlington Football Club as a first team professional footballer culminating in a bid from Sheffield United which was turned down by the Directors of Darlington for being £100k below the asking price at the time.  Due to personal disagreements with the then Darlington Manager, Peter left the professional game on the breadline with no trade or real life work experience behind him. 

Since his time of leaving school until now he has had the great fortune to work with some of the most brilliant and successful sports and business people of our time.  But still at the tender age of 28 he had no investments, lived in a small bedroom at his parents house driving round in a C reg Mini Metro that used to break down whenever it rained.

This was when he decided that he was worth much more than this and had always dreamed of getting into property.  He had just started a new job and was finally able to buy his first property.  There were two up for sale which were identical yet only one agreed to sell at £7k below the asking price due to their situation at the time.  This was when he realised there was money to be made in property.

3 years later at the age of 31 he was able to retire from a very well paid job with all the trimmings at the same time as purchasing his dream car and dream holiday.

To date Peter has been asked to appear many times on television programs such as Property Matters, Property Head To Head and Property Kings to name but a few.  This is due to his extensive knowledge in making money in the property market as well as his larger than life personality.

Aside from Property Peter has also spent time delivering goal setting and motivational workshops at companies such as Sage and BT.
